How it works

All Puffstar products are printed on demand and fulfilled by our production partner. This means your order is made fresh just for you after you place it — no sitting in a warehouse.

Processing time

Orders typically take 2–5 business days to be produced before shipping. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order is on its way.

Delivery times (Australia)

Standard shipping: 5–10 business days after dispatch
Express shipping: 2–4 business days after dispatch (where available)

International shipping

We currently ship to Australia and select international destinations. International delivery times vary by country — typically 7–21 business days after dispatch.

Tracking your order

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking information. You can use this to follow your package all the way to your door.
