When do my stars appear?

Stars from purchases are added to your account once your order is fulfilled and dispatched.

Do my stars expire?

Stars are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned. Keep shopping to keep them active!

How do I redeem?

Log in to your account, go to the Rewards section, choose your reward, and a discount code will be generated for you to use at checkout.

Can I use a reward with other discount codes?

Reward discounts can be used alongside sale prices but cannot be combined with other discount codes (like WELCOME10) in the same order.

Can I earn stars on sale items?

Yes! You earn stars on whatever you spend, including sale prices.
