Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at contact@puffstar.store with:

Your order number
A photo of the issue

We'll send you a replacement or issue a full refund — no need to return the item.

Change of mind

Because every item is made to order specifically for you, we're unable to accept change-of-mind returns. Please check sizing guides carefully before ordering.

Sizing issues
