What is Puffstar?

Puffstar is an Australian fan-designed K-Pop merch store. Every product is designed by fans, for fans — we're not an official merch retailer. Think original fan art, unique character designs, and creative tributes to the groups we love.

Where are your products made?

All items are printed on demand and fulfilled through our production partner. Products are made fresh when you order, which means no wasteful overstock and better quality control.

How long does shipping take?

Orders take 2–5 business days to produce, then 5–10 business days to ship within Australia. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. See our full Shipping Policy.

What sizes do you offer?

Sizes vary by product — check the size guide on each individual product page. If you're unsure, we recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Because items are made to order, we don't accept change-of-mind returns. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we'll replace it or refund you. See our Returns Policy for details.

Can I request a design for my favourite artist?

Yes! That's literally one of our favourite things. Head to our Contact page and let us know who you'd love to see next. We read every request and many of our new collections start this way.

Are you affiliated with any K-Pop artists or labels?

No — Puffstar is an independent fan-run store. Our products are fan art and fan-designed merch, not official licensed goods.

I haven't received my order — what do I do?

First, check your tracking email. If your estimated delivery window has passed or you have concerns, email us at contact@puffstar.store and we'll investigate.
